Tunstall’s customer service division has in excess of 230 staff, including a national service structure of over 160 engineers who are accredited to both NICEIC and FIA standards and have an average of over 20 years' experience servicing and commissioning emergency alarm call and fire systems.

These local field service engineers are backed by an operational control centre which is available to customers 24 hrs a day, 365 days a year.
